I have two adult cats that I desperately need to rehome and I’m really hesitant to separate them but I’ve tried every private rescue and have resorted to contacting shelters but they are all very full and are shipping cats to other places or euthanizing.
I’ve had them since they were kittens. I am disabled and my husband recently left me. I am unable to care for them, have no help and I’ve tried for months to find them a private home or rescue with no success. They are already having a difficult time with my husband leaving and are sad. This is going to be quite an adjustment for them but I am unable to care for them the way they deserve while on my own. We live in a little camper and they are causing me falls and physical pain. My only income is SSI. I cannot lift the food and litter without pain. They are really wonderful cats.
