Dr. Knudsen, I have solved some of ” Lil Sisters” problem, ( her rubbing her butt along the ground , like a dog.) When we were in Vermont she was constantly in the cellar where the insulation was. That explains why she licked her forearms ,legs and her whole belly, (wherever she would lick) Fur away, so that she was bald. So when you checked her Anal glands you found something and didn’t know what it was. Do you think that it was caused from her licking her fur , with the residue of insulation on it?
We are now in New Hampshire, she has no access to insulation anymore and her fur has completely grown back ,she is not itching like she was. However, she is still dragging her butt! Do you think the insulation has permanently gotten into her Anal glands.

Doctor Bruce is an amazing doctor but his wife is causing him to lose patients and clients as she is rude, nasty, talks over you and is very disrespectful towards the patients and owners she should not be working as a customer service for him as she is going to cause people to find another place to take their animals! I have never met anyone who acts the way she does, she talks over you won’t allow you to talk or explain anything, she hung up on me and she isn’t keeping good records has animals as patients that do not even attend there under our name, she is the most rudest nastiest person I have ever met and I sure would love to meet her on the street!! You cannot treat people the way this lady does and expect them to continue business with you! She is a black witch!!! Nasty as they come
