My mother’s dog Snoopy was neutered 2 days ago and was sent home without any pain medication. today’s Thanksgiving and he is suffering. My mom’s female dog was also there for a checkup and blood work and now she has kennel cough. it is Thanksgiving and both of them are suffering and I cannot call the office to leave a message or get in contact with anyone.
Brought my female small dog in with a broken nail. Without our permission, the vet cut ALL of her nails, too short, (past the quick). Then cauterized them. We were told she needed a muzzle……? That’s because he didn’t give her a pain killer or numbing agent. Wish she would’ve bit him. She is still in pain. Cheap prices, obviously doesn’t mean compassionate work. We will NEVER go back there.
