We were super glad to find a good vet, good pricing and local. Until we got a spot removed on our German Shepherd on his head. They did a terrible job with the stitching and after care. A week after his surgery he had a quarter-inch gash where the stitches did not hold and one fell off. We monitored him very closely so this was a poor job done on the vet. We asked every 3 days if we could bring him in to be seen because of the gash, they brushed off our concerns and told us it would help fine. We ended up taking him into another vet who respected our concerns and offered to restitch the stitches. 10/10 would not recommend this vet. Very disappointed in the after care of this facility
If it wasn’t for Lyman vet my Johnny would’ve died he was a stray that had major health issues toke him to 5 vets that did no good was recommended to layman’s vet and he has been so good to Johnny and me he is the only vet I trust with my cats
This vet seemed really great at first. The staff seemed very nice. Well you see that’s where I was wrong. My family and I brought in our sick pet. We were hoping they could help us. They told us that they would try everything. My family and I left our pet there with high hopes. Two hours later we get a call saying he didn’t make it. I even asked them before we left if he was gonna make it. They told us that they believed he would. Even though he was sick, he was doing okay when we brought him in. I personally don’t think they tried everything to save him. So if you have a sick pet please don’t take them there. The vet will treat you nice at first but then act like they don’t care. I would like to say one last thing. They may get a thank you from my family. But they definitely won’t get one from me. I didn’t want to have to say goodbye to my pet. He was only 5 months old and they failed him.
I don’t appreciate all these people posting horrible stuff about layman’s vet he isn’t like that he is a great vet and still is he is the only vet I trust my animals with and I mean only 1 I trust with my cats
