I have been taking my German shepherd here for the first year of his life they didn’t update our phone numbers when given and then had been scheduled for a appt for my dog and the manager Tim was extremely ignorant and unhelpful he accused me of trying to bring my dog in without a appt and then he implied that I had no file for my dog with them he is a very rude person and shouldn’t be a manager if he doesn’t know how to handle someone being frustrated because they keep having filing issues on the vets end. Will be going to a new vet that can actually keep their files and appts up to date and where I’m not accused when they are wrong and when I stated that he became even more ignorant and asked me to leave. Tim is the worst employee I have encountered there out of my yrs of taking my pets there. Definitely suggest going to another vet
