I have been taking all of my animals here all my life and when I needed to euthanize my dog, they said they were overbooked. Wow. Some compassion. This was very unacceptable to say the least. You couldn’t take 15 minutes of your overbooked time to help me put my best friend to rest. I got a vet, not My vet, from Pittsburgh to come. So very unethical and unprofessional. I am so very displeased with the situation.
I called to make an appointment for my dog who is having problems. I was told they do not make appointments for sick animals and to call back at 7 am the next day, I called still could not get my dog seen. No appointments available since they do not make appointments for sick animals. What is the point of being a Vet if you only want well animals. I am looking for a new vet. I have been taking my pets to Lash since 1970. So much for help from them. They suck. It is all about money and their schedule. They simply do not care about animals or people. I have done malpractice cases for people for over 40 years. These people do not care about animals or people. They should not be in this business. No compassion or love of animals.
